Hi, I'm Joel. As an English and Social Studies teacher and writing coach/tutor with over twenty years of experience to draw upon, I provide expert help in college essay writing, SAT and ACT prep, reading, and writing. I have a grade 7-12 permanent English and Social Studies teaching certificate, and have been teaching at a high-achieving Westchester county public high school for the past twenty years. I have an established system of helping high schoolers with all facets of their reading and writing. Teaching reading and writing has been my passion all my life, and I have a lot of knowledge ready to impart to students.
