I have been teaching private flute lessons for 16 years, and I am currently an orchestral flutist as well as an in-demand teacher in the York County, SC and Charlotte, NC areas. I work with flutists of all ages from beginner to adult. My students have received many honors such as numerous "superiors" awarded at solo & ensemble, acceptance into region band, participation in many collegiate band clinics, and acceptance into the Charlotte Youth Wind Ensemble. I have also conducted award-winning flute choirs and many of my students have gone on to become successful music majors in college.

Extra lessons are sometimes available leading up to an important audition or performance.
The best teaching times for me are weekdays after school/work hours, although I am sometimes able to come to a student's school to teach the
