Most of my clients are of a certain age. I love that. I'll sometimes answer a list of questions and fix a range of issues on somebody's phone, and soon find myself answering questions about updating current equipment, as well as upgrading to a newer model. It's best to do these things when you don't have to deal with installers

I have always had my finger on the pulse of technology, and can learn most areas that are new to me quickly enough to pick up useful skills and introduce them to my clients in a matter of minutes. All this is done in a relaxed and non-threatening environment.

I am very patient, and can usually find a way to teach technical concepts in a way that will instill a foundation of "best practices" with the stress-free environment that your home affords. [As a former band director, for me too!]

I am a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist, but most of my time is spent teaching Apple devices and applications.

I work for a non-profit music organization most mornings, but can schedule tutoring sessions for most afternoons and for the occasional morning. No weekends appointments for now.
