I have a Masters from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. I have taught for many years on the elementary level, and have eight years experience with K-5th grade students. I do not find it to be sufficient to teach a student only so that they can gain information, but so that they can learn to use that information in their lives, find purpose and consistency in the way they develop so that they will never sacrifice significance on the altar of success.

I love the arts, and teach co-op theatre and acting. I have extensive knowledge in theology and 17 years of teaching experience in various formats, from homeschool to church to public school systems.

As a lover of the arts, performance and speaking are some of my greatest skills. I have worked as an actor, radio host, and love the history of great literature.

I've always loved chess, I was the vice president of the chess club in high school, and have since enjoyed many games throughout my life.

I cannot promise success of any student. What I can promise is that I will give them everything necessary to succeed, and I will teach them for life, not for simple testing. I cultivate people, not test takers.
