I have a background in Pharmacy, Pharmacology and Genomics - I have been a Biology lover from childhood and the workings of the human body fascinates me. My Ph.D. was in Cancer Biology, with a particular interest in genomics where I got to learn cool technologies like sequencing of DNA and RNA to be able to find novel therapeutic targets for treating cancer. I have a background in Pharmacy, Pharmacology and Genomics - I have been a Biology lover from childhood and the workings of the human body fascinates me. My current job is that of a Field Scientist where I teach and train other scientists and researchers every day! I have been in the Biotech field for about 6 years now and love my job and my field, which has given me some rich experience in latest genetic and genomic technologies and concepts behind them. As a tutor, I would love to help you understand subject matter with a fresh perspective of someone who actively applies this knowledge every day in the biotech industry.

My current full time role is with a biotech company in the genetics and genomics field, whereby the company makes a machine to help in a deep dive of the genome of a human sample to find answers in cancer and rare genetic diseases. I have molecular biology experience for 10+ years now including my PhD, and my every day job consists of teaching our technology to researchers and students, and training them on how to use it for their research.

While my research was mainly on Cancer Biology, it was with an aim to understand the workings of cancer from a biological perspective to find newer treatment targets. Incredible tutor

Manasi has been tutoring me in biostatistics, which is a subject that I have struggled with for a long time. She has been able to construct tailored lesson plans and communicate in a way that has helped me finally understand concepts that I was having difficulty with for years. Love of knowledge in statistics

I initially started with another tutor for a statistics assignment that I needed assistance with in building a solid foundation for understanding statistical control charts (SPC). Manasi was able to help me with that and more. We did have some technical difficulties, but she was able to flow with my learning style that it was still a good session. I highly recommend Manasi if you need help with understanding statistics.
