I have lived in Dane County since I was 10 years old and was a member, officer, and youth leader in the 4-H club prior to finishing high school. I earned my high school diploma from the CLASS (Christian Liberty Academy Satellite Schools) system with a grade point average of 3.78, also scoring 1420 on my SAT test. Immediately after, I spent three months as a volunteer tutor at the Cambridge Elementary School. I have also done paid in-home tutoring.
I offer tutoring in a wide array of school subjects, from elementary through high school levels. Having played piano for 13 years, I am able to provide lessons, especially geared toward playing hymns and classical music. I also offer tutoring in beginner-level German language studies. As regards to public speaking, I participated in high school speech and debate through the NCFCA league, earning first place in team policy debate in the Minnesota NCFCA debate tournament and fourth place in oratorical interpretation at the regional competition and thereby qualifying for the national tournament.
I enjoy seeing young people learning to succeed and developing their skills with a humble and positive attitude.
