Pete brings over 20 years of business experience as an eCommerce and Digital Transformation executive. He started his career in ecommerce consulting at NTT Data, then moved to Follett Corporation where he implemented a first of its kind B2C platform in the higher education retail market, serving more than 2,000 college stores as their online solution for educational material, emblematic gear, and related services. He also implemented a related B2B platform combined with an order routing tool to manage store and distribution center inventory more effectively.

The past 10 years, Pete has continued to deliver web-based solutions at Deloitte Digital and brings a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale global digital technology transformation programs. He is a compelling communicator and partners with executives, clients and global teams to navigate the impacts to the business anchored by strong communications and insightful change management plans. Throughout, he has coached and led high performing teams and takes pride in helping individuals, teams, and businesses succeed.

A certified PMP for 20 years, Pete has worked with many leading companies in different industries and government agencies including Abbott, Lululemon, Sony Pictures, HPE, Caterpillar, Rodan & Fields, and FAF/FASB/GASB. Pete holds a Master’s degree from Benedictine University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, with additional studies at the University of Copenhagen and the University of Chicago.
