Let me be honest. I found it really hard to learn Spanish in school. Although I was skilled at memorizing vocabulary and grammar it wasn't communication. The reason I pursued Spanish even when it was difficult was to talk to people I couldn’t have otherwise. After studying abroad for a year everything clicked. My desire is to make the vocabulary and conjugations mean something and bring a bit of the abroad experience home.

So, I can explain grammar and help you memorize vocabulary but reading or telling comprehensible stories is where I unlock the language, make it accessible, and more relatable. Making Spanish personalized, real, and fun is what fulfills me.
