Dr. B has produced a number of high achieving students at all levels, beginning through advanced (competitive). A solo performer in her own right, she has been favorably received in a number of venues across the United States and Europe. Her experience as a graduate teaching assistant in the Kansas State University Class Piano program and her adjunct teaching experience at Ottawa qualify her as an excellent resource for those needing assistance in piano theory, history, and pedagogy. Her experience as a graduate teaching assistant in the Kansas State University Class Piano program and her adjunct teaching experience at Ottawa qualify her as an excellent resource for those needing assistance in piano theory, history, and pedagogy. She has a PhD from the University of Kansas and a Masters and a Music Education degree from Kansas State University.

Her personal goal is to help her students become lifelong learners and lovers of the piano and its music. She strives to help students become the most prepared, well rounded, and confident musicians and music teachers they can be.
