Unprofessional

Jennifer is unprofessional. Jennifer does not value the student's time. I had a few sessions with her, and she was not on time for every session. She does not tell the student that she will be late until after the scheduled time has passed. Additionally, she has scheduled lessons at the last minute without reason and did not communicate back to me when I questioned why the session was canceled, as we confirmed the day prior that the time and day were good. Would not recommend if you need someone reliable.
