Hi, and welcome to my tutoring services! I have a Master of Science in Special Education and am currently a certified teacher in both Colorado and California. My credentials cover student with mild to severe/exceptional needs. I have taught special education for 12 years, and have coached young adults with autism spectrum conditions for one year. I have served students from kindergarten through age 22 in the public school setting. My classroom experience includes 8 years in mod/severe (exceptional needs) classrooms and 4 years in RSP/mild/mod settings. I meet students where they are to help them reach their individual goals and work toward grade level standards. I also help with practical daily living skills. As a certified health coach and teacher, I can help students with life balance, daily living skills, and academics.

With over a decade of hands-on experience, I specialize in tailoring educational strategies to meet the unique needs of each student. Having worked with children and young adults across a broad spectrum of conditions—including learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, and more—I bring a depth of knowledge, understanding, and patience to my teaching approach.
