I have all of the experience of a tutor at one of the big test prep companies, at a lower price. (Actually more - at many companies you'll be getting a college student with a few months of LSAT experience who works a few hours a week rather than the LSAT professional you're paying for!)

I have all of the experience of a tutor at one of the big test prep companies, at a lower price. (Actually more - at many companies you'll be getting a college student with a few months of LSAT experience who works a few hours a week rather than the LSAT professional you're paying for!)

I have worked for major test preparation companies for over twenty years. I've graduated law school and passed two bar exams on the first attempt as well; I know the stress and the importance of the test, and this isn't just a sideline or an add-on to GRE or GMAT prep - I'm a true LSAT expert.

The LSAT is based on a set of skills, and if you can master these composite skills, you can master the test. There is nothing unusual or unexpected if you understand what you will be asked. You don't have to know anything substantive to succeed (but you do have to put the work in). The initial phone consultation is free, so that we can assess your tutoring needs and make sure we are a good fit for each other. Law school is three years of your life, and tens of thousands of dollars; you owe it to yourself to make the best LSAT score possible to maximize your options for admission. Your LSAT score can enable you to attend to the school of your dreams, or to graduate free of crippling student loans.

I've also got many years of experience working with students preparing for the bar exam. It's important to know both the substantive law, and how to apply this law to the task at hand, whether it's answering MBE multiple choice questions or writing your essays. I have worked with students in almost every state, with a focus on those taking the Multistate/Universal bar exams. I can help you understand the logic behind the law, which makes it much easier to remember the rules, and work with you to structure your study plan most effectively. Each year I grade well over 10,000 practice student essays, and have learned how to identify these mistakes and how to help you to fix them.

GRE

I have been tutoring GRE since 2002; I started working for Kaplan as a GRE tutor initially. GRE is a content based test, and what's key on math is getting over the phobia and re-learning the math that almost all of us knew in high school but may be rusty on. I have a BS and MS degree in math, and am well versed in the math content.

I have been helping students to prepare for the LSAT since 2002, much of it full time or almost full time. I have a J.D. myself so I have been through the whole process from start to finish, and understand how challenging - and important - the LSAT can be to your law school admissions. I achieved a top 1% LSAT score before I began teaching and tutoring, and have helped literally hundreds (if not thousands) of students reach their law school goals.

Knowledgeable and welcoming tutor!

In our previous session we went over Logic Games and the Logical Reasoning section of the LSAT, and the type of questions asked in the logical reasoning section. We set up a plan for what I should do on my own this week, and for what we will cover next sessions. Examples provided are very helpful and easy to grasp.
