He is extremely knowledgeable about music and has been great at offering tips to help me get better in a short amount of time. Phil is a very accomplished producer and musician, and I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to go to the next level of producing. I'm a singer-songwriter. I contacted Phil to help me mix three songs for an EP release deadline. He helped me meet that deadline and blew me away by introducing me to some great concepts and techniques I'm excited to keep exploring. I've always had other people mix and produce for me. Phil has boosted my producing and mixing confidence! It helps to have someone to bounce ideas off of. Phil showed me some great techniques for building contrast and creating exciting song transitions. Working with Phil one-on-one is much more helpful than being in a classroom working on music that I have no intention of mixing anytime soon. I needed to learn how to produce my music.
