I am Nasim! I graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia with a master's degree in computer science. During my time in university, I mainly focused on application and database programming, receiving Microsoft certificates in C#.NET, ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server, and worked as a teaching assistant, helping students understand the programming fundamentals necessary to complete their various assignments and projects.

After university, I began working as a software developer and have accumulated more than 7 years of industry experience in software and database development. I have also been tutoring college students in C++, C#, SQL server, fundamentals of computer science, and object-oriented programming.

I believe learning the fundamentals of computer science, such as algorithms and data structures, is the key to success in problem solving, so I try to apply these factors in my teaching. As a tutor, my role is to ensure the student gets the most out of each session, so I identify their goals and needs during the first session and determine the best approach to help from there. Also, for the student's benefit, I welcome any suggestions or comments along the way.

I have tutored many students and truly enjoy teaching. I like to use real world examples whenever possible to show the student how real applications, not just what is in the textbook. I believe I have the perfect combination of teaching experience and education along with many years of on-the-job experience to truly help students learn.
