My name is Devin, and I enjoy helping other achieve their educational goals. I am 23 years old and have been helping students since I was 18. I enjoy tutoring and think that it is a useful key to success. I recently graduated from North Central University with a Masters in Education, and I personally can attribute my degree to things such as tutoring, as well as support from teachers as well. I have worked with children of all ages with homework and study skills. I enjoy helping others and it is my passion to work with children everyday, helping them to become successful in their goals. The most encouraging thing about tutoring is seeing the final result, that gives the child a feeling of accomplishment. I look forward to many great experiences and meeting many new great people.

English has always been one of my more stronger work areas. I use different types of activities to promote vocabulary learning as well as preparation for things such as test. Proofreading is also a skill that I have become very familiar with and encourage students to use. This helps writers to not only correct their mistakes, but to expand on ideas that they have already written down, turning a good essay into a great essay.
