I am Drucilla, residing here in Carnesville GA. I came from the Philippines where I taught in the Secondary/Public school for 34 years and teaching English subject which was my major in my course. I graduated in Bachelor of Science in Education at the University of Mindanao in Davao City , Philippines. I've been here in the US for 19 months using a fiance visa.

I enjoyed teaching since I chose to be one. Being a teacher, I experienced how to deal with the difficulty specially with slow learner students wherein I had to dig deeper and found a way to guide and mold the students' minds to cope with the lessons. I was also a coach in some Speech contests, like Oratorical, Speech choir, and choral Reading and many more.

I underwent a lot of training and seminars specially if there were new curriculum, techniques and mastery to introduce to the students. The 34 years in the service included my travels to the different places in the Philippines and one time in Malaysia and Indonesia to attend seminars for English teachings, also chosen to be one time officer in charge in the English department in our school for one year. In the evening, I did some tutorials to some slow learner students in the neighborhood as my part time and at the same time during weekends to augment my income, I taught in the private school to those students who are working and could not attend classes during weekdays. I retired in the service last July 16, 2014.
