As a professor, I have a long experience, 16+ years, in teaching courses in Electrical Engineering. My area of specialization is Communications, and I can teach any related courses in communication systems and principles, wireless/satellite/radio communications, data networks, signals and systems, circuits, electromagnetics, DSP, etc. And I have tutored students who needed further assistance, clarification, and more thorough understanding of the subjects that I teach. This tutoring was in a classroom setting, online, or one-on-one. I have taught students of diverse backgrounds in the US and internationally. My teaching/tutoring style is characterized by knowledge, patience, and keen interest in elevating the proficiency of my students.
Besides teaching, I work in the telecom industry as a Technology Consultant and as a Technical Instructor teaching technical courses to engineers and professionals in the hi-tech industry. My vast technical and professional experience gives perspective to the academic work that I do.
I have a Ph.D. from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, Texas) and a Master's degree from George Washington University (Washington, DC) both in Electrical Engineering.
