I'm Joe. I have a BBA with a Major in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Finance. I have over 34 years of real world Accounting, Finance and Business experience and have taught at the University Level. While I wasn't a paid tutor during my College years, I tutored many friends in Accounting and other subjects and enjoying teaching.

With over 34 years of broad based experience in business, finance and accounting I can bring some real world perspectives into the learning...

I have over 34 years of real world Accounting, Finance and Business experience and have taught at the University Level. Highly Recommended Tutor!

Joe is an incredibly helpful tutor, and I cannot recommend him enough! I am in a public finance class for my masters program, and am very scared of numbers and math. Joe has been very patient with me, and really taken the time to not only make sure that I do well on each assignment, but also that I fully understand the real-life importance and implications of each problem within the assignment. In addition, Joe comes to each session fully prepared, and has always been super accommodating to my schedule. Like I said, Joe is an awesome tutor, with extensive knowledge of Excel, finance, and accounting. I highly recommend him!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to use Wyzant tutoring. I was apprehensive. My concerns were unwarranted. I thought Joe O. would best meet my needs, because of his credentials. Joe was very prompt getting back to me. His demeanor was straightforward and easy going. He was well prepared for the session. I let him know what I was interested in discussing during our sessions, and sent him copies of the documents I wanted to review. We used the whiteboard. I loaded the documents to the tabs at the bottom of the screen, and off we went. He was very proficient and patient. I will continue to work with him as my tutor.
