I have 16 years of managerial experience in the financial services industry and in corporate strategy. My undergraduate degree is in Electrical Engineering and have an MBA, specializing in Strategy and Finance, from the UofM Carlson School of Management.

I've always had an incredible passion for teaching but till about 2 years ago I had no professional experience as a teacher. Due to a family situation, I left my corporate job to primarily concentrate on being a tutor. I have found teaching to be incredibly gratifying work!

Besides tutoring - in-person and online - individual students, I am a substitute Math teacher in Prior Lake-Savage and Lakeville school districts. My teaching style tends to reflect the following approach: I believe any and all curriculum - math, science, social studies, English - is not just confined to the classroom but should have a profound impact on students in real life, in real-time.

I have found that I am able to really help middle and high schoolers looking for guidance in Math. Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and pre-Calculus - I have a way of making it "make sense" for students.
