Bio

I have a Bachelor's from Montclair State University in Family and Child Studies. I am very passionate about helping children and love working with them. I am starting my fourth year teaching. I have taught 4th grade and 2nd grade and am certified to teach Kindergarten through 6th grade. I have worked in different schools as a substitute teacher and/or a paraprofessional (aide) for 7 years. I have also tutored a child in 4th grade. I have worked with children with special needs. I have worked with Common Core math in substitute positions as well as teaching. I know phonics and phonemic awareness as well as helping children with their fluency. Phonics and phonemic awareness are areas I have worked with before.
