I'm high-school certified in math and have taught for about 16 years, all high-school subjects. I honestly believe there's not a single kid I can't significantly help, if he or she will give me an honest effort. I have wide experience in other endeavors, including writing (which I can tutor) and theater/drama (lead in several plays, including a musical; directing as well as acting).
