Hello, my name is Jonathon and I'm a local tutor in the Varina area of Henrico county. I completed my B.S. in English Education in 2009 and have spent several years as a substitute teacher. Through my experiences as a teacher, I've come to learn that I really enjoy working one-on-one with students, answering their questions and helping them to reach their specific goals. I want to put my experience and training into helping those students who can't get that one-on-one help with their teachers in school.
I am patient, good at listening, and well-read. I read and write daily in my free time and I have a number of resources I can use to help students to write essays or organize information for speeches. If you think that I might be able to help you out, I would love to work with you.
