Hello! My name is Adam and I'm a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Georgetown University. I have over seven years of experience utilizing Arabic in a professional setting, and have taught and tutored Arabic and English in classrooms from grade school to university levels.
I was an Arabic Flagship Scholar and returned from my year-long study abroad in Meknes, Morocco. I subsequently completed a Masters of Arab Studies at Georgetown University, where I conducted field research in Algeria, and spent an additional summer in Morocco and Algeria.
I studied formally English Literature, Education, and Arabic at UT. I volunteered as a tutor at Victory Tutoring, worked as a teacher through the Breakthrough program, and interned through the UTeach program at different public schools in Austin.
I also worked my senior year at UT as instructional support for college level Arabic courses as instructional support. Through this I had the opportunity to help instruct courses, develop curriculum, and hold personal office hours for tutoring and language practice.
I love to work one-on-one with language learners and improve all language skills from writing to speaking by adhering to individual differences methodology. I cater to the student.
