I have been an elementary school teacher for 30 years. I have experience teaching students from kindergarten to 6 the grade. Having helped my 2 children through school, I am also qualified to teach many upper level subjects. I have a multiple subject credential and a MA in education.

I feel I am qualified to teach all elementary subjects though my passion are Language Arts, Math, and Science. I try to take the boredom out of learning and make it fun.

I am an awesome elementary math teacher. I have taught every level of elementary math. I try to teach math in a way that the students can understand.

Grammar and writing are my passion. I think it to utmost important for students to speak and write properly if they are to succeed in school.

I was trained in Common Core before it became the official state requirements. The new standards are not that different, although they are much more rigorous.

I love Science. I belonged to a county wide Science consortium where we focused on the elementary Science standards. I have also been a Science trainer or elementary school teachers for the past 10 years.
