Bio

I am a rising senior at Patrick Henry College, majoring in English and minoring in Philosophy. I'm passionate about education (especially higher education), and I love being able to use my skills to help others understand difficult subjects. I have a proven academic track record: a 3.96 undergraduate GPA, a 4.06 high school GPA, and numerous other academic achievements. Much of that is due to the stellar educators under whom I have studied myself, and I am excited to be able to pass that...

Much of that is due to the stellar educators under whom I have studied myself, and I am excited to be able to pass that knowledge on to others.

I have experience tutoring a variety of subjects, including Latin, English, Physics, and multiple levels of math. In addition, I have years of experience competing and coaching in the competitive public speaking arena. I competed in Stoa (a speech and debate league) for five years in junior high and high school, and I now have the privilege to compete for my college in moot court, mock trial, IPDA, and civic debate. I have a wide berth of experience coaching forensics, especially Lincoln-Douglas debate, Parliamentary debate, moot court, and mock trial. I am passionate about forensics, and I love being able to impart the communication skills I learn to both new and experienced competitors.

Feel free to reach out if you're interested in tutoring. I would love to hear from you!

Great teacher, very patient!

Was very helpful in learning new mathematic and verbal skills. She knew a lot about vocabulary and helped me find hints on how to identify what words meant.

Very understanding and intelligent Tutor!

We broke down a section from Aquina's De Ente, marking the grammatical and context significance of the piece. Hannah was a wonderful tutor, very patient, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable!

US History

Hannah was thorough in her tutoring session and the way she explained the lessons was clear and concise. She made the work easier to understand because sometimes History material is hard to break down and Hannah made it seamless and made you see the general idea of the entire topic. Great sessions with her, will book again in the future if I need additional assistance🥰
