About Irene

Bio

Let's get started! Oh how exciting! You will soon find out that you
really understand that math is not that difficult. You will gain
so much confidence and you will see a difference in your grades.

I enjoyed teaching math for over 20 years in middle school.
I have also tutored students ranging from 3rd grade through Algebra I.
Once I evaluate the strengths and weaknesses, you will have an
opportunity/option to collaborate with other students during group sessions.

I enjoyed teaching math for over 20 years in middle school.
I have also tutored students ranging from 3rd grade through Algebra I.
Once I evaluate the strengths and weaknesses, you will have an
opportunity/option to collaborate with other students during group sessions.

In addition, I recommend one hour sessions for elementary students and
an hour and a half for middle school and high school especially
for Algebra I which I truly have a passion for. I find peace when I
am surrounded by excited students who are ready to succeed.

My experience as District Math teacher has helped me be able to analyze and understand the depth and complexity of the student expectations. For 20 years working with students in the classroom and representing our math department, I have always respected each individual student for his/her strengths and taken that student whether at home tutoring or in the classroom to the next level of success.
