My name is Jonathan, and I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 2019, received my JD from the University of Iowa in 2022, passed the Bar that same year, and am currently a licensed attorney practicing in Illinois.

I received scores in over the 95th percentile for both the LSAT and the BAR, and am eager to train others to overcome these obstacles to being a licensed attorney. I am new to tutoring, but I have the requisite knowledge to excel in the LSAT and BAR and am eager to learn and gain experience in tutoring effectively. Because I took the BAR just this past August and have working as a general practitioner, a lot of my former studying is still fresh. I took the LSAT 4-5 years ago, but no memorization is required for the LSAT, and so I still recall how to perform effectively in the different sections.

As for how tutoring will work practically, I would first want to hear which areas you are struggling in, and we can work together to formulate a plan to overcome those obstacles. After being given notice on the areas of struggle, I will prepare for the meeting by freshening up my knowledge of the area(s) you would like to focus on so that I will be prepared for the tutoring session.
