I have taught science for 10 years and have tutored for over a decade. I have taught everything from physical science to college level biology. I specialize in taking difficult concepts and breaking them down into understandable chunks. I am a storyteller and I can relate much of what you are learning back to tangible examples from your daily life, which helps you understand and remember information. I am friendly and outgoing, and as soon as you become my student, I become your biggest fan. I am licensed to teach any science courses for grades 7-12 and have taught AP biology for 5 years. I have a Mastersdegree in Biology and have experience teaching and tutoring classes such as: high school Chemistry, Biology, AP Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, life science, college level Biology, Geology, and more.

I am a talented researcher and if for some reason I don’t know the answer right away, I will teach you the skills to find it and we will work it out together. My goal is to inspire a passion for science in my students, especially those who find these courses difficult.
