Hello students! If you're looking for a tutor with experience in teaching science and math, you have found the right person. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors in Biochemistry. Additionally, I received a teaching certificate and I have experience teaching 8th grade science to more than 100 students. Teaching/tutoring is something I am pretty passionate about. I have tutored students from ages 12 to 24, in classroom settings, one on one, and through volunteering. This is on account of the fact that I am currently in the medical field and have quite a bit of experience also helping students who are seeking to enter this field.

I believe my tutoring style is pretty engaging. I love asking questions and listening to my students as they display their knowledge base. I believe this form allows me to affirm what my students already know, instill confidence in their capabilities and also build upon that knowledge base. My teaching style is nonjudgmental. We all come from all walks of life and everyone has something to offer. I certainly hope to learn something from my students. Whether young or younger, it is never to late to start on this journey.
