Andy is absolutely the best!

I had some challenging differential equations that I was having trouble working through. By the end of the first lesson we had worked through them all and I had a better understanding of how to navigate those types of problems in the future. Andy was patient, took his time explaining everything, and broke it all down into easy steps. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could, I highly recommend Andy as a tutor!

I was somewhat skeptical about an online tutor, especially one as relatively inexpensive as Andy. I was stunned after my first lesson with him. Andy first listened a lot. He wanted to know my areas of weakness/concern, and came up with a proposal for a cadence of meetings and ways that we would attack different topics on the GRE Quant Section. Andy was quickly able to break down quantitative reasoning for me. These are subjects I struggled to grasp in high school, and learned only well enough to earn B-grades and pass statistics in college. Andy does give homework but it's so helpful. His worksheets are engaging and challenging and the notes he makes in in our lessons are straight-forward. Definitely save the white boards! Additionally, he provides excellent resource materials which I have been studying a great deal. The value for the money is outstanding and I'm finally feeling more confident in my ability to score well on the quantitative section at month's end! On top of being an excellent educator, he is affable and encouraging in nature. What more could you ask for in a tutor?
