I'm Jeff. I have been teaching social studies and writing for 26 years, and I have tutored many students. I graduated Boston University with a degree in Social Studies Education and a minor in United States History. I attended Georgetown University taking courses toward my Master's in Political Science and graduated from Suffolk University in Boston. I have my Pennsylvania teachers' certification in social studies for grades 7-12.

I have taught an array of topics including World History, US History, US Government, Psychology, Sociology and Economics. I have a combined 20 years teaching various Advanced Placement courses including AP Psychology and AP US History.

While in school, I appreciated teachers who invested their time to make sure I learned and understood topics. I especially appreciated those who taught me how to read and write critically. I bring the same enthusiasm and focus to my teaching as I always place an emphasis on writing regardless of subject. If writing is an area you want to improve, I can help you.
