My name is Ivan and I am a teacher and tutor of the Russian language with experience that includes beginner to advanced levels of instruction, private and group classes, and individualized curriculum development. I have taught Russian Language & Culture at several U.S. universities and Language Training Centers. I am a native Russian speaker with a Master’s degree in Russian Philology and Education and more than 10 years of experience as a Russian language teacher and tutor. Over the years, I have gained significant experience in preparing my students for the OPI and DLPT exams.

As a language teacher, I strive to combine theory and practice for my students to understand and gradually acquire a living modern language. I have experience in creating individually tailored curricula for students with specific needs (business, legal, travel, dating, etc.)
