I have a PhD and over 25 years of experience in Senior Management positions in both Private and Non Profit Organizations. I am an accomplished Project Manager, Program Developer, Educator, Workplace Trainer, Coach and Professional Mentor. I have taught at the College level, I have taught ESOL to adults, I have been the Director of Training and Staff Development for a non-profit organization of over 3,000 employees. I have been responsible for the complete operation of programs that offered a wide variety of services to people of all ages, educational levels, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.

After having retired from full time employment several years ago, I began to privately tutor and coach adults. I enjoy helping people to explore how their interests can be translated into careers. I enjoy helping my clients set and accomplish their goals. I have also enjoyed working with professionals from other countries to help them learn English and to help them to re-establish themselves in a career in the United States that was comparable to their career in their native country.

I have taught ESOL to adults from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds in both in classroom settings and individually.

As an Educator, a Senior Manager and as the Director of Training and Staff Development in a large organization I have trained, coached and mentored adults for many years. Because I have worked in Educational Settings as well as Private and Non Profit settings I am well aware of career trends, the qualifications needed for specific careers and the paths to completing those qualifications.

After graduate school I began my career as a Counselor. I quickly moved into Management, Teaching, Coaching and then Senior Management/Executive positions. After completing my PhD I also became interested in Program Design and Development.
