I want to help your student succeed, and an adequate understanding of homework expectations and an understanding of strong study skills will be required. I can also aid in study skill development over the course of multiple years of tutelage, especially in mathematics.

Because each student is unique and learns differently, my lessons and teaching vary to match what works best for the student. With my mechanical engineering background, I firmly link abstract principles to tangible real-world phenomena; these connections are instrumental for developing an intuition for science that demystifies and heightens the equations we use.

In addition to eight years of tutoring extremely satisfied students, I have taught Physics, Algebra, Calculus, and Engineering to middle school and high school students for Duke TIP. At Duke, I developed curricula to teach a year of material in three weeks. I have ample experience, therefore, in teaching a wealth of material concisely and effectively.
