Since graduation, I have been working as a Special Education teacher in an elementary school. I have experience working with students who have disabilities such as Autism, Emotional and Behavior disorders, Dyslexia and other specific learning disabilities. I am comfortable working with students in inclusive classrooms who might need just a little extra support, or students who require more assistance in a less restrictive environment.
I personally love to tutor because I can really tailor our time to meet the individual student's needs. I like to find the student's interests and incorporate that into our sessions. I've found that it is easier to learn something you've been struggling with when you're having a little fun!
Please contact me with any questions or concerns that you might have. I would love to hear from you!
