Paul was the perfect solution for us - my teenage son was struggling to get the gist of Pro Tools, he navigated both a technical snag to get the call properly connected, then proceeded to provide an absolutely brilliant session and my son is already working on his first recording. Paul is helping me get up and running on Pro Tools, but he is also helping with related stuff: hardware, software, getting my system operating properly. I have found him knowledgeable about everything. He is also relaxed, friendly, funny, supportive, patient, says when he doesn't know the answer to a question (which rarely happens), efficient, and follows through. Highly recommended!
