I am a recently retired special education teacher, highly qualified by the state of Connecticut in both secondary English and mathematics, who worked as an English and math teacher for the state of Connecticut for over 27 years. I have experience teaching both English and mathematics to regular and special education students K-12, specializing with students with ADHD, ED and OHI. My areas of expertise include creative writing, English literature, English and math test preparation (specifically CAPT mathematics and CAPT and SAT writing), pre-algebra, algebra and geometry. Improved performance!

Angela has continued to work with my son and his recent (2-7-2014) test scores in school have begun to show a positive trend. He has surpassed the projected improvements for Winter term by a significant amount and his fluency and speed have continued to improve. Angela has contributed to this success with her one on one interaction with my son working within the Wilson program guidelines.
