Hi! Nice to meet you.
I am a rising Junior studying Mechanical Engineering at Purdue. I graduated high school with a 1500 (780 Math) and a 5 on the AP Calculus BC Exam. Since then, I have completed and earned an A- in Linear Algebra and Differential Equations at Purdue. I will be interning at a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier next spring.
My previous tutoring experience consisted of Introductory Physics and Middle School Math. It was an online, voluntary opportunity through WFCF. I found it to be a rewarding experience sharing my interest and knowledge in mathematics. I do believe my personal experiences in high school, as well as my current academic skillset have equipped me with the necessary tools to teach at this level.
I am a true believer in efficient learning, as opposed to brute force. Let's figure out the patterns in topics you find difficult, and tackle the issue at its root. Practice makes perfect, but wearing yourself out can be frustrating and create a bad relationship between the student and subject.
Let me know if you have any questions/concerns!
