I have been a teacher for 28 years. I am able to teach American, European, and World History. I am able to teach Government and as well as Geography.

I believe in one on one tutoring and in helping the student as much as possible to achieve an understanding of the subject material. Giving the student individualized attention helps the student to learn, understand, and gain confidence in the subject material he/she is trying to learn.

I will take time with each student to help them achieve their goal. It is important that the student understand the circumstances behind the important facts of history. History is not just dates and facts. History is understanding the past, how and why it happened. The key to understanding the present is to learn what happened in the past.

Geography is an important subject. As the world is continually shrinking with the use of the internet, it is important for students to understand how geography, where and why a country is located is important. It is also important that students understand where a country is located and how the location of a county affects its history.

Learning government is an important step towards good citizenship. It is important in today's society that every American learns and understands how our government works. Knowing our rights as a citizen is the responsibility of every American.
