I offer 18 years of teaching at the college level and ten years, scoring standardized tests. These experiences provide me with insight into the student's skills and needs. Since my first day of teaching, I have created a holistic pedagogy for students. The culture of education is significantly improved with the creation of supplemental materials to help build student confidence and comprehension, which means better grades. My experiences include teaching both undergrad and graduate-level courses and mentoring individuals working on their dissertations.

What I love about tutoring (education) is that tutoring (mentoring) has an immediate impact on a student's life with a measurable outcome. For example, increased confidence is the most important measurement. Once a student realizes that (s)he can successfully complete any task(s), there will be improved grades along with a new sense of accomplishment, which will infuse his/her academic life.

Experience, commitment, use of the latest teaching technologies, and knowledge are a few reasons why I am a stupendous tutor. I can make a difference in your academic life. I am confident that I can help you with your academic objective(s).

Knowledgeable, Responsive and Talented

One of our daughters was experiencing challenges in a college level sociology class. I reached out to Sharon on behalf of our daughter, she responded within 30 minutes and the first tutorial session was scheduled within 48 hours. My daughter has found her to be a positive resource who is helpful and who works at the skill level of her student. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Great!

Before meeting with Sharon to work on my sociology paper I was so stressed out and confused with understanding terms and connecting them. After meeting with her, I feel much better with my understanding and how I am actually going to complete it. She was patient and understanding, even when I repeated the same question. I highly recommend her!
