My name is Kathryn. I am a proud graduate of Immaculatta University, where I received my duel degree in Elementary Education and Sociology. I have been teaching for more then 20 years. I started out my career as a 4th and 5th grade teacher in Norristown School District. I left teaching for 8 years to raise my 4 beautiful children. Since getting back into Education I added a library certification and I am perusing a masters in Special Education.

I have been tutoring for over 20 years. I love the one on one bond that tutoring allows me to have with my students. . My favorite thing to do is read and spend time with my family. I invite you to look through my portfolio as I share my love of teaching.

I am an excellent science tutor because I enjoy the hands on feel of science. I like to bring out the fun side of science. I also run science camps in the summer at Bucks County Community College.

I teach ELA and Social Studies. I also have experience as a librarian so I have an excellent literature connection.

I understand the importance of the connections that spelling makes in the English language. I show my students that its more then just motorization that helps us learn how to spell. I also show them real life applications.

I have been a teacher and librarian for over 20 years. I am a mother of 4 children that range in age from 21-14. I teach and tutor because I love to work with children and bring out the best in them.
