I am a veteran science teacher from Boston, MA. Throughout my career thus far, I have developed multiple science curricula for students of all backgrounds and learning differences. I currently teach four inclusion classes where I am scaffolding my teaching to meet the needs of all students. I am additionally re-structuring the AP biology curriculum to meet the new AP format. Outside of school, I tutor students who are struggling to meet their grade-level and I have watched them make significant progress in their math, science, and Spanish classes first-hand.

Above all, I love working with students and watching them become independent learns through outside supports such as tutors. I feel strongly that with a little extra work and building confidence, all students can find a way to succeed.

I have been tutoring students after school in Algebra 1 for three years. I am currently tutoring two students multiple times a week in Algebra 1.

As a veteran science teacher, I have a wide range of knowledge in all areas of science. I have taught chemistry, biology, AP biology, and physics. I also studied chemistry in college and was a teacher's assistant while I was earning my degree as well.

I am a fluent Spanish speaker and have tutored students in Spanish for two years.

I am eager to help you learn! My hours are flexible and I am willing to reschedule as needed. I would prefer online tutoring but I am open to traveling to meet you wherever you prefer.
