Knowledgeable and caring Tutor

Erica was my saving grace during a very defeating time. I was convinced that I was not going to passing my NCLEX as I was struggling with test anxiety and a lack of confidence in myself. Erica worked with me on the mental road blocks I had created as well as identifying the content that I needed to spend more time reviewing. We did various practice questions with one another and she helped me plan a weekly schedule to get myself back on track the month before testing. Erica reassured me that I was not alone and allowed me to reach out to her whenever I needed to chat. Meeting with Erica not only boosted my confidence, but also helped me create a study plan to meet my goals each week. I would highly recommend Erica to any nursing student. Erica was incredibly kind and understanding. She told me I would succeed and after working with her she was 100% right. I went from high anxiety in all testing situations to believing in myself and passing the NCLEX in 85 questions after a few lessons with Erica.

Amazing and Personable Tutor!!

I went to Erica after failing my boards the very first time. She helped me with my confidence and taught me how to read the questions. She taught me exactly what I needed for this next test. She taught me critical thinking skills, confidence, and how to acknowledge keywords in the questions. She provided me with practice questions that were not easy, so I could be challenged. The first time meeting with her, she did a baseline assessment to see my strengths and weaknesses. During sessions, we went over questions she gave me to practice. She had me give her a rationale as to why I chose to answer I did. She was ALWAYS on time and never in any rush to get off. She would stay on Wyzant with me for over an hour if that's really what I needed. She's super encouraging and personable as well. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a tutor!!!!

Erica is the best tutor for the NCLEX!!

Erica goes above and beyond for her students. She is always there when you need her, if it’s for studying or even just to talk to her about life/test anxiety, whatever it is she will be there and answers very quickly. I have struggled a lot in nursing school and failed the NCLEX twice before I came to her. I almost gave up after failing so I found Erica with her amazing reviews and went for it. I went to her for 1.5 years to study for the NCLEX and it was well worth it. I passed in 110 questions! She gave me the confidence in myself to pass and taught me how to answer the NCLEX questions- unlike nursing school. I never thought I would have passed, I 100% could not have done this without her!! Very personable and knowledgeable! Even though I struggled with the initial assessment, she reassured me that I knew a lot of the content. I struggle with test taking strategies, which she told me are teachable with a few more sessions! She gave me some recommendations for resources that I should use in preparation for my next session! I already feel more confident after my first session and can’t wait for the next one!
