I have taught English Composition for freshman and sophomores at a community college. I also am a elementary substitute teacher.

In addition to grammar, writing essays, and MLA format I encourage students to be critical thinkers and make learning a life long goal.

In addition to helping students learn basic skills I teach them to use common sense so they on their own can figure out how to think through a problem.
