She gave great suggestions for how to find how actual technical tax terms are used and explained to Koreans in the US. I'm Korean American with a firm grasp of everyday Korean used in the home but have difficulty explaining tax jargon to clients. My technical docs are translated by a professional but I needed help learning how to explain them in "non-legalese" without sounding childish or patronizing and she was great! We created a method for me to achieve my goals. I appreciate that!
