I have been an International Educator and Tutor for over 20 years. I have experience here, China, Mexico and Canada. I have loved working with students who experience Autism and learning challenges. I love teaching in English and Spanish and have Lifetime Credentials in both.

My passion has been teaching children as young as 3 years all the way to students in college. Students who are limited English learners have been my specialty for many years. I have ELD/ESL Certificates and taught all ages of students in China and America. Both my parents and sister are Educators, and I have emulated their styles, passions, and career choices. This has contributed to my happiness in life, I love to teach!

I have taught students using various online Mathematics Programs. With these programs, I implemented lessons with an overhead, lecture style with 3 D manipulation to enforce concepts, writing with Math, and my students were successful.

I have been in serviced for my whole teaching career in many successful and effective English Learning Programs. Some techniques include Total Physical Response, Activating Vocabulary with Realia, and engaging students in speaking, listening, and writing
across the curriculum.

I have earned a BA Degree in Spanish, lived and studied Spanish speaking, writing, and reading in Mexico. In Southern California School Districts I taught Spanish for grades Kindergarten-Third Grade, then transitioning them to Fluent English Students before Fourth Grade.

I have also helped Middle School Students-Adults learn Spanish as a second language.

I homeschooled students with Autism Spectrum, and had successfully taught them multiple-subjects including Reading, Mathematics, and Writing. This includes Elementary-Middle School aged pupils.

I have successfully taught Study Skills to all ages of students from fluent English speakers to limited English students, with a variety of first languages. I was trained at the schools I taught, various engaging strategies.
