I have had about 6 years of band experience with being in my High School Marching band playing percussion consisting of; snare drum, bass drum, mallets, and etc. And in between being apart of the band program. outside of classes I would help mentor the upcoming drummer to help make them feel comfortable in playing their instrument in percussion. It is always rewarding to see a student become successful at what they love or those to follow! I cant wait to be working with you all in the music program!

I was first chairman in my own high school band for 6 years, I have been selected for district and all-state honor band for 3 years in a row, and first chairmen at county honor bands, along with Troy, JSU, Samford University for about three to four years as well. I marched in the Veterans Day, and Memorial Day Parade for two years, and led the Hydrocephalus Walk in a parade.

All in all, I would hope to get get to work with you all soon, and to work with you along the way and help you up the ladder to the best musicians you all can be with percussion, but only those who are serious and dedicated willing to put in the time and effort. And I promise that not before long the results of your dedication will be worth it.
