I have a B.M. degree in Piano Performance at the Eastman School of Music studying with Alan Chow and an M.M. degree in Keyboard Collaborative Arts at the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music with Dr. Alan Smith. Along with piano, I have also taken music theory, aural skills, and music history for several years. I am currently a D.M.A. Candidate at CU Boulder College of Music in Collaborative Piano, where I am also a Teaching Assistant.

I have taught students privately and have been a teacher at Bach to Rock Penfield NY for two years (2018-2020) and Musikbox in Los Angeles, California (2021-2022). I have taught beginner group piano classes with students from ages 3-7 as well as private piano lessons for all age ranges and levels.

I’ve played in master classes for John Perry, Nelita True, Douglas Humpherys, Enrico Elisi, Barry Snyder, Alexandre Moutouzkine, Nancy Weems, and many others. I also studied with renowned pianists, Dr. Jean Barr, Peter Takacs and Ann Schein. In the summer, I have attended festivals such as the Montecito International Music Festival (where I was a Junior Fellowship Scholarship recipient for three consecutive years), MusicFest Perugia, Miami Music Festival, and the New Orleans Piano Institute. In July 2022, I was a collaborative pianist at Musiktheater Bavaria in Oberaudorf, Germany.

I enjoy helping students learn and understand new concepts. While I am teaching students, I also learn new things from them in return. I love being able to share the knowledge that I have acquired over the years and pass them down to the new generation of inspiring students.

I am easy to reach and will respond and communicate with students efficiently and promptly. I am also available for extra help outside of lessons. Feel free to contact me for any additional questions or to schedule a lesson!
