Bio

If you need assistance with math, I am the woman for the job. I am a certified a teacher in the areas of middle grades language arts and math; also, I am currently deepening my own mathematical understanding through a math program at UGA, while also teaching full time. I chose to become a tutor, because I see students struggling when all they need is someone to take their time and patiently work with them; not to mention I love math and I love to help others understand math and its'...

I am patient and use a variety of methods when explaining math concepts to my students. Today was our 1st tutoring session for our son who simply needed some math lesson reinforcement. Erica interacted very well with my son, was patient and took her time explaining the math concepts. She went the extra mile to really assess my child and evaluate his needs. My son and I really liked Erica....looking forward to another session.
