Marissa has experience as a Professional Development Advisor where she guided undergraduate and graduate students in their pursuit of applying for employment, internships, graduate/medical school, resume/CV building, interview preparation, and personal statement writing. Marissa was also a Teaching Assistant for Organic Chemistry I, Organic Chemistry II, Intermediate Spanish, and the Emergency Medical Technician - Basic courses. Marissa has worked in emergency services as a Field Training Officer where she taught students how to be an independent EMS provider for several years.
